rust on a plain sheet of metal would have been interesting enough to catch my attention, but not for very long. HOWEVER, yours is absolutely wonderful for the mere fact that it's a CHAIN covered in rust. the curves and shadows of the chains adds a whole other element to the composition that the color of rust alone cannot accomplish. you composition has everything (in my opinion) that is needed to be successful. it has wonderful color, unique shapes, perfect lighting, interesting movement, and excellent balance of space and form. my only desire is that i had taken the shot myself.

Glad you liked it! I think I have a fetish for rust... Hahahaha I just like the difference shades of red it takes on... so natural and earthy.
