I'm very impressed with this style! I like the basic sketch lines, but looking at it if it were in a finished work, you do your hair and eyes very well. I like it!

Is it all the same guy? because at first glance the one on the left and the middle one on the right look the same and the others look like a new guy...i've pondered this and i think its because their eyes are smaller and the cheekbones less pronounced, however you've got everything else right and the character design itself is great! I am so loving the bottom right one, its such a cool smirk!
