PSO fanart version 5. ok, i actually went through all my pso pics and realised that the last one was in fact version 4, teehee.

Anywayyyyyy, im very very pleased to report that things have all of teh sudden become very clear. It might not be evident, but what it means is that i can start focusing more on doing pictures rather than experiments all teh time. I'm ... actually pretty happy with this style ATM - whether its properly illustrated in this picture is another matter, but in terms of how this pic actually came together was very ... liberating for me. And for once, you can flip this pic horizontally and the face doesnt look totally distorted although ... im not sure if the chin shading is really working and ... the forearm maybe should be a little bit higher up, who knoes. But, im not saying this pic is perfect anyway i was just saying im happy with ... how this pic game together :thumbup:

Took about one and half hours, (takes longer than my normal pencil stuff, but imo looks much neater). The uhm ... "costume" isnt entirely correct - the shield should actually be on the left arm, and he should be holding the saber with his right arm ... but i guess this could be a left handed geeza? hoh. and also, HUmars normally come with a shoulder pad blah blah, but i took that off deliberately. thought it looked better "bare" arm, even though its liek ... lycra or something. But it wasnt reference, so meh! Enough waffling, all comments welcome and appreciated, thanks !
