How difficult is it to work with the Kenko extender? Do you still maintain 1:1 magnification and infinite focus, with simply an increase in working distance, or are there other implications?

If not for the protruding rear leg to the right, I'd suggest cropping a bit off the bottom as the outoffocus foreground is mildly distracting, but I'll love this image all the same anyday!
