It's France's birthday! It won't be for all that long since it's almost 11pm, but oh well. I ended up drawing this a little late, but at least I drew something in the end. It's pretty sketchy, like the last one, but I think it looks okay. idk whatever. There's probably an awful lot that I could improve tbh. This was originally gonna be France as he is now but it kinda just turned into him when he was a bit younger.

Also, I'm just gonna take this opportunity to point out that France and Canada have their birthdays in the same month. How cute is that?
(It's totally cool if you ship France with England, I can see why. I actually used to, but nowadays I ship him with Canada. I still love their friendship though!)
