Thank you Hanan. I find Polar Coordinate work challenging because most of my horizons do not line up properly and my light values vary from right to left. So it takes some work in the blending. The outer quadrant lines are distracting as well. A Gaussian Blur layer works well to eliminate that issue...then selective masking to reveal the image underneath.
Topaz offered their "Studio" editing software as a free basic platform in the beginning. Then you could add on specific tools. The Studio2 version looks to be a trial only.
It's good software. The work flow is different from PS Elements, so I use Elements and use Topaz as a plug in. I use their DeNoiseAi, TExture2, ReMask.
I find it handles colors very well and can set a different temperature much better than PSE using JPG.

that must be it, for Topaz.
true about the lines and the light value. till now i'm trying to integrate them in the image, as a part of the composition. but it needs to be a graphical one in order fo it to work.
you're blending it and taking it to a new dimension and that's amazing
i'll keep trying, i think i need the right kind of images to start with. and lots of patience
