Description
This was something I did over the weekend for DC. The pencils are by Al Rio in that Garcia Lopez style guide look, and they asked me to ink it a la Dick Giordano. Nice and simple, and fun to do something a bit different. I inked it over blue line pencils on vellum, as Al is in Brazil, and DC needed it quick.Related content

Oh I apologize for that, if you ever want me to take it down then just let me know. I've been doing a lot of projects without asking and they were all fine with it and the ones I did ask never answered, so I guess it just became a habit. I'll definitely ask for your permission next time if I ever want to try one of your works again.

I meant to leave a comment when I faved this but I was heading out the door.
One thing I love to see is when people depict superheroes in a non action aspect. I love this picture.
And your inking is bold and classic. Lots of confidence.
