Not quite. Blastoise is already a defensive powerhouse, and his mega evolution only further increases said defenses AND gives him an astronomical boost to his special attack stat. If Blastoise uses water pulse, backed by the STAB bonus, backed by the rain boost AND backed by the mega launcher ability, he'll most definitely one shot drapion.

Nice, but Drapion is missing a shadow. Can't make out whether it's touched down or floating.

It's in mid air, jumping around for Blastoise to lose aim. Notice the little motion lines under its legs (the white thin lines). XD

Oh, I see the picture now. I thought it was a tag battle.Β But I still think there could've been a shadow for him. Just a little distance away beneathΒ his body to make it look like he's in mid air.
