ya know i just beat M&L SS on my phone rom emulator, and cackletta's ghost boss was annoyingly difficult.

Yeah, she was pretty tough in the first run. But if you have equip some good badges(like the one that has the ability to attack first so you can heal up Mario & Luigi with Max Nuts at the start of the Cackletta's Soul battle) and store up some items like 1-up mushrooms, she won't be that hard. You also have to get used to her attacks as well. I actually beat Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga four times.

hehe good thing there are save states on my ROM in my phone.

i beat M&LSS in a week (thanks to those save states)

Oh god... how I suffered with those guys... especially when she (is "she", doesn't it?) turns into Bowletta, that was awesome. What a game, the best of the trilogy! Now I remember, I said that in one of your journals .
