So pretty! I love her outfit and her name! The glowyness to her jewelery and the magic(?) floating around her looks great too!

Here it is at 50% scale: [link]
There's still some detail missing and I'm trying stuff out with the feet and legs, but it should give you a rough idea. :d

Its pretty good. Love the anatomy and proportion of it. You make it look so easy.

That sounds hard. Honestly I dont even know how to change my scan from a canvas to a layer so I just color the whole thing on the damn unmovable canvas. TT_TT

It makes stuff easier to be honest. More freedom to manipulate little things, tweaking, optimizing.
What application are you using?

Corel Painter. Its a drag cuz this is my first time using software to color my art. I also use a tablet.

Hmm, I just glanced at a YouTube video tutorial about CPainter and it looks a lot like Photoshop which I'm using. PS also has a "Background" layer which is unmovable when you open most formats (I think .png is an exception).
PS can turn the "Background" layer, which should be the same as CPainter's "Canvas" layer, into an ordinary layer by right-clicking on it in the layer overview and selecting "Layer from Background...". A different technique is to select "Duplicate layer" in the same menu. It will copy the background layer into a second ordinary layer, so you can delete the original layer and end up with the same results.
Here is what the menu looks like.
Alternatively, leave the Canvas with your traditionally drawn lineart alone (at least I think you use scans judging from your gallery) and re-draw the lines on a new layer on top of that. Personally I think a digital lineart goes best with digital coloring, it just takes a bit of patience to practice it. Digital linearts can have a lot of benefits compared to traditionally drawn lineart. But I digress.

I love how the lines in your art are so smooth, and also that they're not necessarily always black, but more delicate. *w*

I very much like her! The way you've coloured her - soft colours suit so nicely ^^
