When you're under the surface of water, be it frozen or otherwise, time seems to stand still. Nothing above the surface really matters, because no one cares about you, and they think nothing of it. The view from below, to me, seems like how we'll be in our empty minds one day, trapped in our bodies and observing without being recognized.

Gorgeous. Gorgeous. Gorgeous. I love this! There's so many dimensions to the image I can't stop looking. I love the ice (is it ice?), it matches the title beautifully. Makes me think she who was frozen in time, to be reawoken at a certain point but forgotten about. I don't know if that was your story but that's how it makes me feel! ♡
