Description I took this picture while I was working for a newspaper in my city, Cartagena. We had to go to one of the poorest neighborhoods and I found this peculiar scene, and I couldn't resist portraying it. When I look at it I get mixed feelings, of both happiness and sadness. The child hangs on tight, while the mother endures yet another one of life's hardships.
