I love how the colors contrast each other in this shot... and everything looks so edible! Even the table. Though, I don't like the big black negative space in the back...

I agree, it's unfortunate. I considered attempting to patch the area with some digital manipulation but decided not to because I didn't think I could maintain the photorealisticity of it (if that's a word)... but perhaps I'll try... thanks for your feedback!
