No filters

Shutter Speed: 8 sec. for the sky and 15 sec for the foreground.
Aperture: f/8
Focal Length: 30 mm
ISO Speed: 100

Edition:
Adjusted white balance, increased saturation and contrast, a bit of sharpening and recovered info from the darkest areas in Lightroom. In Photoshop I combined three different exposures as the dynamic range was very high.
