Bio-tech monster girls? I love the sounds of that!
She's certainly an interesting one I must say! The positioning of the two eyes beside her head create a sense of her having multiple heads, similar to medusa with her snake hair. Similar notion with the arms, how they're mostly blood vessels with the eye serving as the "head", like a twisted version of a snake.
The colours and shades are looking quite nice, not too shiny but not too muted, just enough in the right areas to make it all work. For instance, the skin is relatively muted but still shaded well to indicate her female form, while the eyes have that large area of highlight helping to indicate how moist and round it is. The oranges and greens of her "hair" are particularly vibrant and eye-catching, almost as if to add a form of exotic beauty to a monster girl who otherwise is quite disturbing to the eyes of some viewers. And the overall neutral expression of her face is a nice choice, leaving it up to the viewer to figure out what's in her mind.
Certainly a gorgeously strange monster girl you have here! Nice work!
