the little bubbles? ohh those! i think it also means like out-of-focus areas. like the blurry areas of the photo. one second... let me google a better definition for you! XD.

^^ what i meant was, i loved how the ride/passangers etc was out of focus & hazy. it shows more depth as they are not standing still.

hah, don't worry about it. if you ask me about pretty much any technical term in photography, i'd look blank xD. bokeh's the only thing i know cause i love its effect so much xDDD.
