Rigging of this bad boy went about as smoothly as planned and only took maybe and hour or two.Nice. Especially considering that rigging is usually the most painful and drawn out part of this process....hard-surface modeling is sooo much easier

i really like it (especially the blurred effect)! it sort of looks like the old sentai-giant-robot-costume used for those old shows.

Amazing piece. It's so realistic it almost looks like a model. You should make one with him with his arms crossed and the sunset with a bunch of smashed robots behind him or something like that.

oh, I try...but 3D models take a long time to make, so most people aren't usually willing to cough up for 'em

ohh yes cool robot! the blur and the rust gives realism but lacks of detail thats why looks like a toy... try adding small circuits or small things that would give more detail... but I like the feel of a small toy turned into a giant robot. reminds me of power rangers but in a good way!

u should render this without DOF and add some more height perspective and atmospheric haze, that'll take away the miniature look and make it look life size!
