Description Snow and frost does not deter the winter Hellebore. The snow has thawed allowing the flowers to spring back to life.

Indeed, and thankyou for the compliment. I love Hellebores, they are amazing plants. The flowers can survive severe frost.

Very true. I am not sure but freeze resistant plants sometimes develop an antifreeze protein that helps them survive subzero temperatures..
