Drawn for an art contest at my school's anime club. The theme is "winter". We've been learning the Hare Hare Yukai dance, so I thought to draw some Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu fanart.

Haha guess who threw the snowball I originally wanted it to land on the back of Kyon's neck, but it didn't quite work using a front view of Kyon... so he got whacked on the side of the head instead.

I thought about adding the rest of the SOS brigade in the background, but I can't decide what to have them do, and the contest is tomorrow and I just finshed >___> I used lots and lots of reference pictures for the poses and for the clothes (from ep 9)

Totally cheaped out on the background.. yay for squiggly trees and random clouds!
