I tried a lot of different styles for the background and for the shading, AND the lineart, and everything >.> I'm trying to find something I'm happy with.Reference:

I was gonna comment on this once I got down the que, but I'm biased towards offspring and it's so lovely I jumped the line.
I love the simple but detailed background you have that contrasts the colour of the horse and rider. The lighting is lovely and you did Je'bouri more than enough justice in his colour, markings and overall lighting effect. Overall an awesome piece.
