It's an Armor from X-Com, It's a medium level armor. But it boosts the will of a telepath by 20 points. But can only be worn by telepaths.

It's a great, but brutal difficult game. There is a reason only a master has a slim chance at Ironman Impossible. (No save scumming for you!)

Hell, so many people lost in the new X-Com, they made the defeat ending cannon. Hence X-Com 2's dystopian future.

I remember messing around in one of the old games in the 90s, course I had no idea what I was doing back then and all my soldiers died .
