This is so pretty and dreamy!  It looks like it should be an illustration for a children's book.  Like "Gerard Way the Hesitant Alien Time Lord and His Curious Adventures With Lola".  Or something to that effect.xD
I really like the layering of all those different streaking colors.  Also Gerard's eyes are so lovely.
