Description
Created in Lightwave 7 and Photoshop.I did this image for a 3dLuvr contest awhile back and was also featured in the Noir art pack #8. Prints will be available as handouts at the Noir booth at the DA convention.

Wonderful. The mantis is my favourite insect. I keep finding them everywhere - in my room, around my house, and in the garden. I think I'm some sort of mantis-magnet.
Therefore, your image appeals to me in every way, not the least of which is the skill with which you rendered it!

i render all my stuff with lightwave 8, but i model with a different program (wings 3D - [link] ) is that my problem? should i be modelling with lightwave instead?
