Play Ball!
It seems like forever since I have worked on anything other than art for the iPhone game, so I thought I'd do a personal piece to get the cobwebs out of my brain. Back to what I do best... cute manga style pin-up girls!
I don't play baseball or even know much about it tbh, but I've always wanted to draw a cute baseball girl for some reason. Anyway, I hope you like her!

Yeah it's fun to watch! I've only ever seen one live game and that was Tokyo vs Osaka when I was in Japan. Was so much fun to see everyone going crazy and cheering loudly!

I can tell you that it is much harder to learn by yourself once you are out of school (I am teaching myself Japanese)

well to be fair I studied beginners Japanese for 1 year at uni, so I didn't have to start completely from scratch... but most of it I have taught myself.

Yeah, it's good to learn from other sources too, as anime is usually a pretty specific style of Japanese (very casual and often exaggerated or silly too). For example if you learned Japanese from anime you'd probably never understand if you tried to watch the news.
