Think it is the right categoryTools... sharpies of various sizes, and one fine black pen to outline with
This is just a really fun fire bird looking thing.
I plan on using it as the family symbol of the flight gifted Samo-Yans. Just in case you are curious, Ryu has a bit of that family in him, so you could say it is his family symbol. Remember the tiger? That is Kojisai's family's symbol. Well this one is Ryu's

I have always loved this style of drawing, it has to be my favorite. So could you please define minimalism for me? I think I have a good idea about what it is but I'd like to be sure.

Well, first I would like to say that I am not sure if this bird is minimalism or not... I'm not sure what to call it, and I think that many people would call it minimalism, but technically, I don't think it is. that is because the definition would be to represent as much as you can with as little as you can. In other words, draw a few lines to represent something. Don't draw all the details or even bother to connect the lines you do draw, the less you can get away with the better. So when drawing minimalism... as well as this style (which I just call "pretty line art"

I like phoenixs...because its been doing well in my head as a character but I don't know...I can't draw them for some reason or I have the lack of determinations TO draw them
