Earl Lemongrab has my vote ! I would rather choose him as a leader than a wide-eyed, stupid, naive well-intentioned guy who is good for nothing. Lemongrab even tough does bad stuff he at least has an effective way of assuring order in his state. Lemongrab is the kind of ruler that as tyrannical as he is, you wouldn't have any problems at all under his reign if you ACCEPT him and his regime as it is with all its problems, in fact you would live a truly acceptable life
So go, Lemongrab, go and break everyone if that's what'll take to prove your suiting, indisputable and neccesary performance as head of the Lemon state n_n You know it's bad with bad but worse without it :] and in Lemon state's case there really is no one fitter and stronger defined for Earl as much as any Adventure Time fan would like to because he is by far a pleasant presence there and that's a reality but that's that.
