Two was very comical. Eleven was in many ways a younger version of Two.
But yes, Four was to the classic series what Ten is to the new; the one everyone bows down before. (Though other Doctors are good. BTW, Seven is Radagast in the Hobbit.)

I love the fourth doctor.... I've watched Doctor Who for a couple of years without looking back at the former doctors and by far he is the funniest. Jon Pertwee had his moments of course.. But Tom Baker is my favorite!

They have a lot of stuff on Netflix if that is readily available to you.. but if not the only thing I can suggest is Google searches. Or (I can't overlook an opportunity to plug my favorite book series) a fantastic alternative is the book series Skulduggery Pleasant by the loving author Derek Landy. Although only the first four are available in America (assuming you live there((and we usually assume.)) A wonderful site to visit is this lovely bookshop in Galway Ireland [link] they have all the books. And I have had an excellent experience there. Plus free shipping world wide. It may seem like something for younger people ( since it's about a witty skeleton detective) . However I'm a Sophomore in college and a huge reader and I highly recommend it.
