Day 5! This week is almost done
Experimenting with different colours and sketching again xD This was another pencil sketch that I transferred to SAI to work with. I eyeballed some ref pics for the poses.
The theme for day 5 was pick your favourite song title. I have a lot of favourite songs, but they didn't give me many ideas that would turn out well or they were too obvious xD So I picked Joe Hisaishi's First Love composition~ www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyfYuW…

Instead of doing first romantic love, I wanted to do something more sincere to myself. Judah is my Springer Spaniel who I got as a puppy 9 years ago. He has been my best friend ever since <3

Oh that is so cute!! So far, no new offers and only a few days left! I want you to have her too <3 Except I feel bad if you use too many of your points! IKR its hard to get points around here some days... I really hope I win her. I won this little cutie a little after I found her His name is Duece but I personally call him Duecers >w<
And with the spending too many points thing, I got it. I can just bum off my mom and ask her to buy me maybe 400-800. 
It is fun but sometimes I get a bit disappointed with my adopt results. I make something, think it's cute and worth something, post it to a few groups and nothing

I know what you mean. I just found some adopts going for triple-digit dollar numbers O_O I think a lot of people are liking digital original species right now which is kind of hard to make... But don't be discouraged!! I'm watching you now so that I don't miss any of your new art! There are going to be times where income slows down, but you are still young... you have so much time to keep working hard! When I started drawing, I was around your age and its taken me a while to get to where I am now! Its all a process and never think you aren't good enough or thats where you give up.. So just keep doing your best *thumbs up*

It would be awesome if she did! I'd really enjoy having some points to buy your AMAZING art!! It's the best I've ever seen, and people who are as good as you are aren't so nice. They tend to be mean and things like that :/
People are paying very high price for some simple things, as well. I can do the exact same thing somebody may do for, hmm, 150 points or so. I can do it for 5

Ah she looks like a nice artist! But I'm sorry to hear about art thieves getting to her stuff I had that happen to me once and it stopped me from submitting art online for a bit. I still have to keep my eye out tho, my friends have also had their art stolen and traced

You should keep doing it then!! And post to more then 60 groups. Thats what I have to do and some of my adopts are still not going

I've not had any of my art stolen (so far). Well, nevermind, Scratch that. I did a few edits of 's art (I heard she doesn't mind edits) so that they looked like my OCs. Somebody made an account of my OC and posted pictures (with my watermark) saying she did it. It was so hilariously stupid. She even used my signature last name (Splinterson) :')
Some people I see with the high prices aren't as popular as most. I just think higher prices for simple things are a bit unnecessary. (like my animated pixel icons and such)

Ugh I'm sorry that happened, but you are right... so stupid! Art thieves are very sad people, I almost feel bad for them since they are so desperate to get popular that they steal good art and never try hard to work themself
Ah I see!! But if you put good work into it, I think high prices are ok! The tough thing is that people don't really care if lots of time is put into it.. Thats why I should start making some cheaper adopts so I can allow anyone to buy
