Description
Commissioned piece by a client on Facebook , Drawn on a A5 canson bristol paper with faber castell polychromos and Caran d' Ache luminance pencils and a tat of white ink. Now this was a lot of fun and a big challenge, i am aware that the scale and shading arrant right XD but thats the problem when you have to put two doggies from 2 separate photos which were taken on different locations and time together XD, i could have made the shiba smaller but that ruined the composition hahaha (Dilemmas...dilemmas...) but the commissioner is happy with it so thats all that matters XDPhoto references were from the client.

Absolutely beautiful! The set-up (while artificial) really adds to the portrait on as a whole. From first glance, it looks totally natural, only the size of the Shiba had me second guessing. Great technique too, there's a lot of life in this portrait, I really enjoy it.
