And so Act 3 comes to an end...
Wow, I can't believe this doujinshi has gotten this far! Now, it will be a while before I can start working on Act 4 as I'll be starting a new job and will have lots of real-life obligations to think about in the coming months. I will try to work on the cover for Act 3 (it'll be Ceres) in the meantime, but I don't have a timeline for when that'll be done or when Act 4 will be posted.
P.S. If anyone’s wondering why Chibi Usa is called Sailor Neo Moon, I made a poll some time ago on Tumblr with several names including Sailor Lady Moon, Sailor Pink Moon, or just plain Sailor Moon and this was the name that had the most votes.

It's not only the art, but the story, is so good. It's not plain, it has excitement, action, romance, mystery...
And you can feel the strong attraction between ChibiUsa and Helios.

So far, this is really, really good! I just have one little quibble: Hotaru shouldn't be in school with Chibiusa and the others. The only reason they were ever close in age was because of Usa's time-traveling. By the time of Crystal Tokyo, Hotaru will be an adult - after all, she's only two or three years younger than the Inner Senshi. Unless this is supposed to be Hotaru's daughter?

I actually have a reason why Hotaru is still the same age as Chibi Usa (hint: we never saw Hotaru in Chibi Usa's flashbacks of her childhood before she came to the 20th century). I hope to reveal it later on in a future chapter.

(This response is beyond late, sorry!) I see; of course, the real reason is that Hotaru isn't there is that Naoko hadn't thought her up yet, but it's still a continuity issue, isn't it? I look forward to seeing the answer (though I have a guess).

At some point in your dōjinshi, will Princess Lady Serenity/Neo Princess Serenity, send the "Revelations" (Visions) that Helios recieved in "Act 46 - Dream 8 - Elysion Dream" of the Manga and told Prince Endymion & Princess Serenity about? Helios' first glimpse of "Princess Lady Serenity" in a vision, telling him that the time for the seal on the Golden Crystal to be undone had come?

Nope. I thought about working that into the plot of the doujin but I can't fit it in without making the plot clunky. If there is a sequel to this story I might try to incorporate that into the plot somehow.

I hope you can. It would bring that plotline round full circle. Maybe she has some of her father's Psychometry power ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychome… ), or he uses his Psychometry power to help her, for the integrity of the timeline, so that things in the past play out as they did? In the Manga, he did see some visions of the future, but Naoko Takeuchi didn't go far into it past the 2nd Arc as she was constantly rushed to meet deadlines.
