Left to RustLeft to rust and rot away
What was once an icon of hope
Is now a lost memory
All is breaking away
No longer alive
No longer the same
Let the memories come back to life
Nobody cares
No body is there
You only rise to fall again
Empty inside
What lies beneath is nothing but lies
Anything that remains is breaking away
Only the scars shall remain
Let the light fade away
An let time pass away
After all you were left to die and rot away
Here's one of the pieces I've been working on for a while 
Well for this one I the sketching took a while but the coloring didn't. I'm not exactly satisfied with it, but ehhh whatever 
I did my best to give it a rusty look. I've never tried to make something look old, this was my first time. I'm satisfied with the poem though 
The helmet is really just a symbol for something else but you guys can infer what it is The helmet is that of a Republic Commando! Its from the video game Star Wars: Republic Commando. It's also an epic book series by Karen Traviss!

Kinda reminds me of Felucia and the 128th (I think) from Star Wars Battlefront 2. It's horrifying to think of what happened to them, what with all the B1 Battle Droids, B2 Super Battle Droids, Droidekas and Magna Guards with Aklay and diseases (flesh eating according to the 501st) thrown in. Great job. It fleshes out how the Clones sacrificed so much for a government that they would soon help topple.

That's why you never want to fight a Metroid without a cold containment beam. If you don't have such a weapon and you find a Metroid, run away as fast as you can or you WILL die.

Master Chief is Microsoft's Samus Aran wannabe. Metroids are the easiest storyline goal enemy to defeat if you have the Ice Beam, which you always do by the time they show up, yet this ripoff dude couldn't even survive a one-on-one fight with one after collecting 100% of all his possible gear.

Never played Halo, the helm just looks more like the one they always show Master Chief wearing in crossover fanart than what the Clone Troopers wear in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Master Chief shows up from time to time in Metroid series fanpics, usually being put in his place as a wimp by comparison to Samus. Never played any Star Wars games except the Lego ones.

Well the Chief appears that way because she's a girl and he's a guy so they think it's just funny. And I don't see how the Chief is Microsoft's wannabe Metroid. Samus protects the galaxy from the depredations of the Space Pirates and she's a bounty hunter. While the Chief is government experiment made into a soldier who has to fight against a aliens invading the governments part of the galaxy. Totally different.
But yes the lego games are fun.

I feel like that sometimes too. Rex is becoming a better man though and I am starting to enjoy seeing him.
Every Clone Wars episode I'm torn between being excited for Star Wars and good stories, but at the same time afraid that it'll go against something in my books. I was kinda freaking out when they said Gregor was from the Battle of Sarrish.
