It is the best by far.Β The ending of the last episode is famous because it is so sad.Β The characters can't avoid going "over the top" and out of their trenches into no man's land.Β It made absolutely loads of people weep, all across the country.Β They play it in slow motion with a slowed down version of the Blackadder theme playing.

Yes.Β They did 'Blackadder Back & Forth' where they have a time machine, after season 4, but it was freaking awful, and it is universally hated.Β I am the other way with how long shows should stay on for...Β When they reach their peak it's time to stop, and I always want them to.Β The list of shows that carried on for too long is huge.
