OK, I am not the worlds biggest royalist but this julia looked like it, and we had a wedding of the kind here in Sweden the other day.
it is fresh out of the owen did it + some photoshopping this morning.

One teeny wee suggestion though, matching the blue in the 'clouds' background to the glow on the bulb would make things a little more unified.
