fufu--I was looking at my bird after my dog scared the crap out of it--and it was funny because he was all puffed up and pissed off--his feathers were all askew and took alot of preening to get them back nice and tidey.
I imagine Amadeus gets like that every so often XD <3 perhaps more often than most ;u;!
Why did I draw feather-headed Deus?
well wanted me to do a picture of an animal--as I really haven't drawn a decent beast in a long while :'D I don't even know if I have any in my gallery at all :0 but yeah. I was gonna draw Jade's wolf form--because wolves are cool and I know how to draw them...
but then--I thought
Everyone draws wolves--you know--there are anthro wolves, disneyfied wolves...wolf wolves...
And cats of all kinds are way over done now too...
You see alot of mammals and lizards draw--given human like expressions and personas...
but never birds D:!
Why is that?
So... I though--hey--lets start a trend! It's so much easier to make an original character design with a bird--as opposed to a wolf or lion or something--because everyone draws wolves and lions with their own cool little markings or what ever... No body does that with birds.
I did it with Deus
Who is a crow...
I haven't seen anyone with a character that's an albino crow with a camera for a right eye--complete with a perminant scowl and pissy dispotition. Hoo! I'm first at something for once!

hehe--that camera is a big reason why he doesn't stay in feathers very often for too long D: no matter how hard he tires--he'd never beable to get feathers to cover that thing! XDD fufu!
