This is another one of my fan characters.

Name: Rose

Species: Dog (Retriever-Collie mix)

Gender: Female

Powers: Can morph between feral and anthro dog, telepathy, Hex bolts, and other psychic powers she hasn't discovered yet.

Talents: Great singer.

Personality: Shy, Gentle, Smart, and doesn't like to fight (someone you wouldn't believe has one of the toughest mothers).

Background: She's the Daughter of Hunter and Colleen (of the Road Rovers). When Colleen was using the transdogmifier during her pregnancy, Rose ended up with not only psychic powers, but can morph back and forth at will, without the Transdogmifier. She goes to ACME Loo, because it was the only place they found that takes in an Anthropomorphic Child (well, aside from Perfecto, but Hunter and Colleen liked Acme Loo a lot better). She's also is being tutored by Shirley so she can learn to control her powers.

Love Interest: Trevor (but respects his feelings for Seera)

I drew her in two outfits so you would now she has a tail.(I'm diffinaty out of pracise)

I weird caincadince is that when I was browsing a dozen months after making her up, I found out their was a collie from "Dog City" named Rosie.
