Thank you very much, SageLoneWolf
The books are "The Journal of the two Sisters" by Amy Keating Rogers and "The Elements of Harmony" (Volume I and II) by Brandon T. Snider. The covers provide a nice look of books of Pony Lore that might come in the same appearance within the MLP world which is why I picked them over some other neutral looking book covers.

Nice picture set up, and great work on the bottle! Can you tell us about those books, or how you made the bottle?

The books (which I picked for obvious reasons as a Twilight background ) are "The Journal of the two Sisters" by Amy Keating Rogers and "The Elements of Harmony" (Volume I and II) by Brandon T. As for the flacon (that's what these tiny bottles are called) it is the first in an upcomming series. Recently a store closed down in which I got lots of materials to work with for my projects. I regret the closing of the story, but it also came with a sell out of these bottles for very little money, so I got a dozen of them. I already completed engravings of the mane six while I have not taken photos of all of them yet (I must say the picture taking is sometimes the most tedious part about the whole projects for good lighting, preferably with some actual sunlight, but without annoying reflections or the like on the glass is something very difficult to come arrange).
In any case I already got some apples, streamers and ballons for the background setting of the next bottles in line
When engraving glass I am working with a battery dremel. It is something that must be done outside (and I got no balcony or the like with an electric plug nearby) because of the glass dust.
To make the engraving stand out clearer (and to avoid the engravings on the rearside of the flacon to be "jumbled" with those on the frontside in the picture) I filled the flacon with watercolored water.
I am not yet sure if I should leave the flacon like this or ir I should proceed to color it with glass colors.

Well you've got so many of them now you've got plenty of chances to experiment. I hope you'll share them with us.

You bet I will
At the moment I am looking for a stylish enough looking surface for the Rarity flacon... when actually I should be getting my stuff packed for the Galacon
