Description I happened to find one watercolour pencil two nights ago and was in the mood to test it out. I haven't really made a complete Fem Prussia picture yet so I thought this would be the best time to.
When i finished I realized I could use it as an entry for that awesome contest going on at:

Anyways I adore Fem Prussia. I remember the day she was released. Me and a few friends were walking around NYC and we got the update through my phone. I can't believe I waited this long to finally make a complete pic of her...OTL
I also have fallen in love with her alternate design. She's like a Assassin or something!
