Description This is just a study inspired by general anime/kawaii stuff. This girl likes bunnies, and may or may not be near-sighted.

She's so cute! Though her hat looks like she skinned a brown rabite!

Ha ha ha! I love this character's eccentric fashion sense. I don't think I've ever seen so many bunnies in one place before.

There are many places on the human body where rabbit faces can be placed. I'm pretty sure Leonardo or Durher made studies of it. Or maybe not.

This is adorable, but also has a vague morbid feeling to it. Like the bunny hood is actually a bunny skin... but I think I must just be a sick person

I love the colours! Your bw work is stunning, but damn, you use colours well. Great contrast with the greens and oranges/pinks.

Thank you. One thing I'm starting to learn about both B&W and color illustration is the importance of strong contrast. Getting more involved with spot coloring has shown me that.

Interesting character there. She looks like she could be both a college professor and a shaman. At the same time. Very nice coloring too.

I really wonder if there have ever been professors who have also been shamans. Perhaps you start off as a professor and then go on a field trip to South America and get caught up in shamanism. And if they brought in a shaman from said place to teach a class, what would the class be called?
The mind boggles.

Could be a good idea for one of your cartoon strips. A unique combination any way.

That is sooo cool. I love it. The colors, the style. If it had a light color or something subtle for the background it would be at least 20% better. Backgrounds are overrated if you ask me but I think it would really make this piece awesome if you just did a simple gradient or something and maybe add some length to the height of the picture frame, it's kinf of crowding her right now.

Lol, sorry, you probably just meant to draw this character for fun and what not. It's just so cool, a background would be well worth it I think.

I agree entirely, but you're right, after I drew the figure I was a little tired and just sorta threw it out there. I knew it needed something in the background. I would like to try another drawing with this kind of handling, but one with a more complete composition, I may try that next weekend or sometime.

I love how she looks. The colors you put in this piece are great. Her whole outfit is great... you have a knack for creating some great fashions hehe. I like her shoes the most, they should really be manufactured... especially for me. I also really love how you draw hands.

The first thing that came to mind was that she skinned one of the Little Lost Bunnies and decided to wear it. :giggles: Those bunnies really do freak me out though.
