Did you make the whole outfit yourself? If so here's some questions:
1) how did you make the jacket? Like the material, was it a certain type?
2) Did you make the webcam off a tutorial from a youtube video? Is so where?

I did make it myself ^^
I used a microsuede for the outside of the coat, and it has a broadcloth lining. If you search "akatsuki cloud tutorial" here on Deviantart, you'll find my tutorial for the clouds. I used flannel and broadcloth for those.
I didn't use a tutorial for the camera. I made it myself with super sculpey clay.
I made the ring myself as well out of clay ^^

I have a strip of fabric that's like an eyepatch going diagonally around my head (it's covered by my wig and headband)
