Jynx es un pokemon tipo hielo/psíquico donde todas sus especímenes son hembras, y para su rediseño la interpreté como si fuese un tipo de ave no voladora.
Al ser psíquica, puede flotar pequeñas distancias, lo que las ayuda a movilizarse en sus fríos habitats naturales.
También son criaturas muy sociables que suelen vivir en nidos, ayudándose comunitariamente (por ejemplo, creando puentes de hielo).
Además, puede mover a voluntad las plumas que conforman su cabello, las cuales ayudan a enfocar sus poderes psíquicos cuando tocan a alguien. Esto también ayuda a fortalecer sus vínculos afectivos.

Jynx is an ice / psychic type pokemon where all his specimens are females, and for his redesign I interpreted it as a type of non-flying bird.
By being psychic, she can float small distances, which helps them to mobilize in their cold natural habitats.
They are also very sociable creatures that usually live in nests, helping in community (for example, crafting ice’s bridges).

This is cool. Actually in generation 1, because of the graphics, I actually thought at a time that jynx were anthro penguins and their lips were a type of beak. Made sense considering they were ice type.
