Description I felt compelled to design my own version of Cobra Commander after I learned about how the up coming movie totally botched his character up. This is the hooded version, I did another with the helmet.

Cobra Commander is supposed to be in the new movie, however he will look a lot different from this. They changed the character considerably for the movie. I've seen images of it. It looks terrible.
