A great photo of a bunch of really cute dogs ^^ I love how their eyes tell a story filled with neglect and sorrow. And how it looks almost like they're sticking together throught thick and thin.
I'd probably have taken the picture a little farther away. So the tail to the left isn't so close to the edge and almost gets cut off + so there's a little more environment in the shot, like the carpet and the trash.
All in all it's a wonderful picture and I'm in awe of how you were able to take it.. dogs are so unpredictable, they move all the time.

Am fascinated to know where the street was ?
I mean which country.
Street dogs tend to develop pointed ears, thick fur, as I suspect yours will have, in whatever country they are found. And they don't wag the tail much.
The Moscow Metro Dogs and and the street dogs in Havana look remarkably similar despite the massive differences in temperature.

From the disfunctional chaos of human tinkering and interference known as pedigrees
left to themselves
dogs evolve to a common pattern that appears robust and intelligent
and is evolutionary in the sense that it is not a throwback to the wolf common ancestor.

I once had one (bearded collie, german shepherd, labrador 3-way cross) who looked very like the cream coloured pup in your photo
