I drew it Used multiple photos as reference but it's all painted in Photoshop.

and... tis the reason why I began going out of my way to mention it ( those who comment the work don't always mention "DD",  specifically; I guess they assume you are notified by the site. .And tho I think DA actually does notify people, it's half-ass, found via your activity, (which as we all know, stuff gets buried there ) . DA needs to change that; to send said notice via our private notes. That way, one Can't miss it.  ..  A few years back, one person didn't know until 5 days later ( after I'd congratulated them) Not one person made mention. (tho there were many compliments under the work)   That's when I began my mission, doing it on a 'daily' basis.   The first thing I thought was, "wow, what if that had been me, how would I have felt"?  Because even tho DD's aren't as much the big deal they once were (thanks to them being moved from the front page) They are still a big enough deal to the artist getting one.  And how it's handled, it just isn't right; very thoughtless, in my opinion..

That's very kind of you, I appreciate it and I'm sure other artist appreciate it too  
I agree. It's my first DD and I wasn't expecting it, I'm not even sure if I got a notification at all. So yes, thank you again for letting me know with your comment! I think too that Daily Deviations are not as important as they used to be, but, as you said, it still means a lot to the artists that get them and it would be sad to miss it.
