Its base price is 40 euro and it includes simple strings; if you prefer an elastic heaband with straps, though, it would cost you a few more euro depending on its width.

It isn't a bootleg; bootlegs are illegal copies of official merchandise.
My masks are hand made artisan crafts, not mass produced or anything, and I sell them privately so I don't have to pay any fee. ^^'

You are correct, I guess it wouldn't be considered bootleg, but I'm pretty sure you still aren't supposed to profit off of someone elses intellectual property.(regardless of how awesome your masks are)
I'm definitely not an expert on intellectual property rights, all I'm saying is be careful, I think you are still breaking the law.

You can't copyright animal-shaped masks to begin with, they are part of folklore. ^^'
Of course, it would be different if I put the Naruto logo somewhere on the mask; that would be copyright infringement.

Characters/designs/stories are owned by their creators though.
Maybe the law is different in italy, but here only the original creator( Masashi Kishimoto) has a say
in who can profit from his/her character/design/story.(unless it is in the form of a parody)
Sorry if I've offended you, I'm just curious is all. It just seems like what you are doing is no different than
someone trying to sell fanart, or homemade cosplays from an existing, anime/manga/movie.(both of which are illegal)

As you said, laws are different in each nation; for example, while there is still death penalty in some of the the USA states, it's a violation of human rights here in Europe (to make an easy example of how laws are to be taken with a bit of salt).
And yes, putting crafted artworks on the same levels of bootlegs is offensive, but since you like my masks I guess you didn't intend to offend me, so don't worry.
