Omg! Oooooooooooo that would be so cool. Okok this man works at a large store (similar to Costco) as a cashier. He rides his bike to work every day. One day, his bike chain snapped and he ended up face first on the sidewalk. Luckily for him, a bus drives up to a stop a few feet away from him. He yells for the bus man to stop for him. He doesn’t hear him. An old lady does and stops the bus from closing with her cane. The protagonist thanks the old lady but before he gets on, she smiles mischievously at him and asks him to pay his thanks with some money. She blocks his way with his cane as he tried to get past her. He sighs and gives in.
Storyline: he meets a girl on the bus, aka his love interest. She rides the bus with her grandma (the old lady with the cane) daily to help tend to her errands and hobbies (she likes reading at the library). She noticed the main protagonist riding his bike to work every day. They get to know each other while the protagonist gets his bike fixed. They bond over a similar quarter life crisis they have: the desire to work towards their dreams but feeling stuck in this pattern of needing to work every day (the boy) and needing to be responsible for their family members/be around to help their family members (the girl with her grandma). Lesson: idk 🤷🏻♀️ :3
