i fixed some of the shading >.< i couldnt stand it earlier xD
but y... its russia... and i actually tried ;w; sniff sniff *ORZ*
still not happy with that left eye -,- growl

It looks so smooth! It kinda remind me of milk and cream!! That hair! So gorgeous! The strands move so nicely, and looks so smooth! It look like cotton candy~ I wanna sleep in it fklhdsgjkhak You did a really good job on choosing the right depth of color for the shading and the lighting, and the placing on the shading really brings out the strands beautifully~ 
I like how you did the folds in the scarf! You really brought them out! And the color choices are amazing! Loving that background as well~
Beautiful job on this! I really wish I could get some of my picture to look as smooth and as soft and milky as you did! Really good job
