Overall, this is a very good art work, well done!!! I love the face and how you’ve drawn it, and the eyes are very misty and beautiful. The bow adds a nice touch, and the colours you’ve used is brilliant.

There are a few things you could improve on, first would be the flowers. The middle flower is amazing, I like that one, but the other ones seem to be lacking detail. The water colour is also has too much water and the purple flower seems too have sunken in the paper. Perhaps use more water colour pencil while drawing the flowers, and only use a little water. I think that would make it more detailed and less blocky. Maybe when you have gotten good with that you can move onto using solid water colour.

The eyebrows seem to be really dark, maybe tone them down a bit? And the background is very nice, I admire how you are able to get close to the lines without over lapping, and how to make it go lighter around the flowers. Maybe put a bit of a background like trees or something in next time, I think that would look great! Also maybe add a few more strands to the hair, because that looks a little too solid, you know what I mean?

There’s also one other thing I admire, and that is how you got the skin tone perfect!! How do you do that! I’m jealous xD. And the lips are AMAZING!!

Maybe your flowers aren't the best; but then again, that depends on what technique you were trying to use. Wet on wet, damp on wet, or wet on dry. All have different effects.

I think you have a nice warm, inviting, and friendly color scheme here. It sets the mood of the piece. The one outlier in regards to this is the darker, muddier purple flower to the left. Whereas the others are defined and bright, this one is just that; muddy and dark. I do not know the importance of this as the viewer.

The green is also a nice complement of equal value to the orange. It adds balance to the piece.

This painting is phenomenal and stands out in the use of watercolors.

As everyone knows, mastering watercolor is a very difficult art to grasp due to the fact that you need water, heavy weight paper and, above all, a skill with water-based paint.

This painting no. This painting demonstrates what is achieved by dominating watercolor and is much more visual endings, with natural shading, intensity of colors and if it is mastered wonderfully, we can make details like that face so expressively human.

The background, although it seems stained, in reality it is not and it gives a more balanced and naturalistic touch to painting, which has a magnificent composition = D

This is an interesting combination of traditional art and a subtle Japanimation style. 
and the flowers don't look that bad, the pink and green one in the middle looks especially good.

I would reccomend that with the flowers make them as detailed as the person, or the person as sketchy as the flowers
