Description
Here is my Little Batty Princess receiving a cake from Fred and his bat friends!I was so unsure of this painting when I started sketching. I really wanted to keep the character similar from my first painting. But it's a relief now that she is done, I think I managed to be faithful to the design and that she is quite recognizable. Probably more paintings of the Batty Princess coming in a near future. I just adore her!

And yes, I do ink every painting before I watercolor. I use Speedball ink, it's wateproof. Perfect for watercolor!
