Description Name: Chei
Age: 43
Height:6'1
Chei was born to a loving mother and father, both parents being intellectuals, who raised her to be a proud and independent girl. But at age 4 her mother died and her father became severely ill months later. Other members in Chei’s family (aunts and uncles, cousins, etc.) always thought Chei was raised wrong, the girl never knowing her place and seen as a freak for her super strength, so as soon as her Father became Ill the family put Chei to work as basic slave labor; in the aims to work away the girl’s will. The majority of this family was old, lazy men who were drunks, and the women were snobs who thought they were more beautiful than Chei. But instead of ruining Chei, the hardships she endured from her family helped to shape her into an enduring and even stronger woman; both in physic and personality. And, despite the local schools disowning her, Chei also grew into quite the intellectual; taught from her sickened father in his bed to read and write. Math, science, history, literature.

Chei took being the oddball of the village as a badge of pride . . . and perhaps it was this pride that drew in the spider.

Chei was eighteen when he came to the village disguised as a lowly fisherman, a handsome man named Du, and for many months he spent time wooing Chei and promising her a better life away from her horrid family. They hated the idea of her being with a fisherman because, even as low as they put Chei, a fisherman was even lower and far too low bellow her class. And in spite of her family and their words, She believed the fisherman and his words, eventually falling in love with him and made plans to escape together.

The tragedy of this story begins after the night Chei and Du “made love” for the first and last time. Two months later and Chei founds she is pregnant; rushing off to tell Du the good news. Du was happy but Chei more so, the girl excited to get a new lease on life and start her own family; free from the judgment and dogma from her family. In his glee Du, the “fisherman”, killed off Chei’s entire family – in the claim to start a new generation. She is shocked, mortified, heartbroken, as the man she fell in love with reviles his true identity as Du Sang the Blood Pirate; and he only wanted her to birth the next generation of his cursed line. He never loved her, she was the means to an end and her family was collateral baggage in his eyes. Including her father. Chei is filled with anguish and hatred and ran away, which lead to Du Sang’s blood growing greater; he and his pirate goons looting and killing the entire Village in Chei’s escape.

Desperate, depressed, pregnant, and alone, Chei lives as a wanderer; taking odd jobs here and there to support herself and work to getting her children as far away from Du Sang as possible. But Chei can never stay still for long, for rumors would begin to spread about who she was and who was after her, and Chei could not take the risk of Du Sang finding her.  When she didn’t have the coin for food or an inn, she’d eat wild berries and sleep in the woods.

When it came time to birth her baby, Chei was left to do so alone in a dark forest; her cries of pain and agony mistaken by people nearby as some animal howling in the night. Once it was done, Chei looked at her baby, BABIES, and was mortified. Not only where there two new cursed Blood Pirate Heirs in her arms, both male, but they were conjoined at the side and one didn’t have a left arm. In an act of desperation and fear, Chei had to cut the two apart and bandage their wounds best as she could – for a lone woman wondering the countryside with deformed conjoined infants would definitely draw attention; the bad kind.

The blue haired boy with both arms she called Yang, and his green haired brother Chei named Qing. And despite their flaws, Chei loved them no matter what and would do anything to keep them from their cruel fate. Yang was a happy and bright baby, curious of the world and always smiling. While Qing was quiet and reserved, rarely smiling or any sort of joyous emotion. These persona’s followed them and grew as they became children.

Eventually Chei had thought she found the perfect home in a small village, tucked away from the world where she could raise her children in peace, but even in this small village they knew who Chei was and who was after her. In fear for their own lives, the villagers tipped off a Blood Pirate footman with news to Du Sang that they had found his runaway mate and offspring; they had hoped this would appease him well enough to leave them alone. And as how all bad endings go, Chei was found by Du Sang and tried to fight for keep her now five year old boys. She failed and Du Sang would have killed her right then and there . . . but in his cruel heart Du Sang found it a fitting punishment for Chei, her crime being running away from him, was to keep living and know that he took her children; raising them to be cold blooded killers and Blood Pirates. She didn’t have the energy left to fight him and stop Du Sang, and she was left alone once more to her grief and suffering.

But, being the strong willed woman she was, Chei vowed she’d never give up on finding her children and saving them; even if it took till her dying day, old and grey. Chei grew to be cold and distrusting of people, with good reason, and never made any acquaintances or friends in her journey to find her sons.  This quest lasted nineteen years and fate brought her half away there when she meet the young Irish woman named Starla, also known as Midna Alacran Estrela. In this young woman, Chei found someone she could open up to. Starla had a group of friends she spoke a little about and one day she told Chei a story of what happened to her friend Anne and her boyfriend . . . named Yang.

This story, the believable things and people in it, was all Chei needed to command Startla to take her to see them; to see Yang. Chei had also learned that Yang had been stalked by a dragon durning all of this, mistook to being his evil twin Qing, and with anger and raw emotion in her heart . . . as soon as Chei saw Vollenth she kicked him right in the face. Chei was reunited with her son Yang, brought into the circle of friends and family, and became part of the daily life on the Realms Kingdom.

Because her son Yang was friends with Isolde, Vollenth’s father, and said Father was never too far away; the two adults were sort of forced to hang around one another. They would argue and debate a lot, mostly argue, and it would lead to many awkward and stiff encounters. Vollenth would want her to at least show him respect after saying he was sorry for stalking the wrong son, and Chei would want him to not be such an aloof aristocrat; be more humble.  And one day . . . they both just snap at one another, in the best way possible.

The session was heated and heavy, spurred from a rather fueled argument. And then...There was a kiss.... It is Chei that snaps them both awkwardly back into reality; both of them embarrassed beyond belief at what they had done. They ignore each other for a while, but Vollenth eventually comes to Chei with a small daisy flower . . .

After that, Chei is showered in gifts of flowers, chocolates, stuffed animals, anything and everything Vollenth could find. While she did enjoy Vollenth, hell she even LIKED him, she just couldn’t bring herself to trust him fully. Not until the day Vollenth took her to a field of flowers and declared his love for her, asking if she could ever love an old dragon like him. Chei is won over by his genuine and open heart and they fall deeply in love. Only after dating for a few months, the couple is married and shocks the entire group as they eloped.

Today, Chei plays Mama Bear for Yang and all his friends and is there to support anyone that needs help. She still aims to get Qing back and with the help of her new Husband and friends, that goal seems closer and closer every day.
