Credit and Notify
I am watching you and notice that some don't know how to credit properly
This might help some.
You should always credit the stock artist on your deviation. Most are ok with a link to the stock you used
You can do this easily by right clicking on the picture and select "copy link location" and paste it in your comments.
Some providers would rather have you put a link to their page. This you do by simply copying their icon. You do that like this
:iconnitchwarmer*: ( remove the *)
You can also add our group icon the same way.
Your not done yet, You still need to notify the provide that you used their stock. Go to the deviation page and leave a comment and a link to your work. You can not rely on da notifying them because that feature c

I featured your wonderful art here  Best of 2016Wow, It’s been a year since I made a post on deviantART. A lot has happened to me, life wise, in that space. I spend less and less time on dA – I am 6 months behind in uploading photos and haven’t done a feature in an age.
However, I keep checking what people are doing with my photos and it continues to make me smile. The images below are some of the works of art that make me smile the most. A huge THANK YOU to these artists – and any artist who creates and shares – for showing me what you managed to make with one of my photos. You guys are awesome.

it is hard to explain but I think yes. DraakeT has written a couple of tutorials on it (more in his gallery) that explain it pretty well and might be helpful:

Oh yes, this work about cowboys and train, is the typical and perfect work where those rules works at 100%. So Mahhona, at the end the train and cowboys not only they will have the same horizon line but even an excellent proportion among them.
In that tutorial i didn't discovered nothing of new, I had only collected various drawing informations and applied them but above all converted them for manipulations works! Oh yes there aren't these specific rules for photomanipulators-manipulations... tut. created also thanks the help of differents people of the drawing sector...a work of patience also waiting their answers relative my specific questions.
Thanks for the link Erik

I like the visual scene and so the relative story assault to the train........  in few word...... A dusk of blood
and i like the effort to create the dynamism thanks the dust created by the running horses!
Keep on!

Great work! It really looks like a frame of some western movie! Lighting is awesome. Good luck in the contest!
P.S. Just one notice: no rails behind the train

Mahhona In reply to Lora-Vysotskaya [2016-07-10 21:54:42 +0000 UTC]

Thank you very much for your words!
For the rails it's normal, they are coming from the left behind the train, as the initial image of the train, and I decided to keep it like this so they are not visible

That appears to be an old Mikado locomotive from the western part of the United States. Very cool!!!
My one critique is that the Bandit in the background appears to be bigger than the locomotive itself.

Thank you so much for your words!
And .... Yes you're right for the bandit! Now I can see that! I supposed I've been looking at the image too long while I was working on it, I didn't notice that before!
Thank you for your constructive critique

EDIT : I've change it thanks again!
